Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Suggestor account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Passers (people who open a Smart Bridge) do not need an account and are never asked to sign up.

You retain ownership of the recommendations and content you publish. You grant Suggency a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for the targets you link. You must not create Smart Bridges to malware, phishing, illegal content, or targets that deceive Passers.

Smart Bridges are permanent: we archive rather than delete, so shared links never break. You may archive a Bridge, which removes it from discovery while preserving the link.

Every target is scanned before publication and continuously re-scanned. We may suspend any Bridge whose target is flagged, changes to a harmful target, or violates these Terms.

We operate a report and review queue. Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination.

Sponsored Smart Bridges generate revenue shared 60% to the Suggestor and 40% to Suggency. Sponsored content is always labelled “Sponsored” in line with the FTC’s endorsement guidelines. Earnings are held for a 14-day fraud-review period before becoming available.

Payouts are made through Stripe once your balance reaches the minimum threshold and you have connected a valid payout account. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings; where required, U.S. tax forms (e.g. W-9 / W-8BEN, 1099) are collected via Stripe.

Fraudulent traffic — including self-clicks, bots, or incentivised passes — is excluded from earnings and may lead to clawback and termination.

You must not misuse the service: no automated abuse, no attempts to bypass safety scanning, no manipulation of scores or the revenue system, and no unlawful activity.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not endorse the targets of Smart Bridges and are not liable for third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid or earned in the prior twelve months.

These Terms are a contract between you and Suggency LLC. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
